Tropical Greens
1 orange, peeled + seeded
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
2-3 ice cubes

Pop everything in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.

PB+J Protein Greens
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup swiss chard (2-3 leaves)
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Pop everything in a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Enjoy!

Immunity Greens
1/2 green apple
3 leaves of romaine
1/4 cucumber
1/4 avocado
the juice form 1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
3/4 cup coconut water

Pop everything in a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Enjoy!

Green Refresher
1 cup kale (2-3 leaves), stemmed
juice from 1 lime
1/2 pear
1 celery stalk
1/2 cup frozen mango
10 leaves fresh mint
3/4 cup water (or coconut water)
2 ice cubes

    I make my own tropical Green protein smoothie:
    In my Jamba Juice blender I put 1.5 cups of pineapple coconut water
    1 cup of King Island coconut milk with coconut water (it’s a green tetra pack)
    1 scoop of Vega Tropical Tango Protein powder
    1 small frozen banana
    1 cup baby spinach

    Blend and enjoy!
