These smoothies use too much fruit. The real purpose of smoothies is to get more greens in your diet. Fruits should just be used to sweeten things up a bit.
We call them “blasts” instead of smoothies, lol. Blast of nutrients ~ love the Nutribullet. I can’t find an affordable Nurtibullet style blender in Korea. 🙁
Bet she had to buy some more bananas after
