This pastry/crust recipe is definitely one to keep on hand because it can be used to make any dessert or savory dish requiring a buttery and flaky crust like this. I use this to make desserts like pine tarts and black eye, as well as savory dishes like quiche and patties. Be on the lookout for more recipes on my channel that will require you to use this dough.
