Ingredients
• Dates – 4 (Deseeded)
• Apple – 1
• Milk – 1 1/2 cups (Cold)
• Ice cubes optional
• Almond – 4
• Cashew nut – 4
• Walnut – 4
• Honey for Garnish
METHOD
• In a blender grind dates,cashew nut,almond,Walnut,apple and blend it.
• Add milk and blend it again.
• If you need then you can add Ice cubes also.
• Garnish with chopped honey.
