Best Chocolate cake recipe

This easy and yummy chocolate cake recipe is the only one you will ever need .No eggs,no dairy ,no kidding – the best!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all pourpose flour
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
(Liquid )
1 tsp vinegar ,I have used apple cider vinegar,you can use white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp oil
1 cup water
Mix dry ingredients well ,make 3 depression,add first 3 liquids to it add water mix ,bake 350c for 30 mins in 9inch cake pan
