Cashews are amazing for that creamy texture that can be hard to find in raw food.
Soak them then blend them with water and lemon juice as a base for these three quick recipes.
1. Sour “Cream”
150g Cashews
120ml water
60ml lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4tsp white pepper
1tsp nutritional yeast
2. Mayo

1 Clove of garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder

Black Pepper
3. Yogurt
