Cheesecake is always my favorite dessert and i would eat a whole a lot at a time. But think of the sugar content in it. Even in keto, i am not missing my favorite dessert. Yes, here is my cheese cake recipe.
After multiple attempts and many flops, finally i have fixed my cheese cake recipe.
For Cheese cake:
o Cream cheese – 16 oz or 2 cups
o Egg – 1.5 large
o Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
o Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
o Salt to taste – a pinch
o Stevia powder – 1 tbsp
For Crust:
o Almond meal/flour – 1 cup
o Butter – 4 tbsp
o Sweetener – 2 tbsp or less
o Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
