Sponge ingredients
Refined flour 21/2 cups,
Icing sugar 2 cups,
Chocalate bars (melted) 250 gm,
Baking powder 2 tbsp,
Baking soda 1 tsp,
Eggs 6,
Dry fruits ( chopped ) 1/2 cup
Honey. 3 tbsp,
Butter/oil 200 gms
Topping ingredients:
Dry fruits chopped 1/2 cup
Fresh cream packet 200 ml
Icing sugar 1/3 cup
Method for sponge beat butter n eggs with an electric beater,add sugar n beat till mixture rises.
Add baking soda,honey,dry fruits,baking powder and chocalate and mix well.
Add refined flour and mix with a spoon.
Pour mixture in a cake mould and place in preheated oven at 200 degree celcius for 35 minutes,remove.
Method for topping:
Mix all topping ingredients in a bowl,spread over chilled cake nserve.
