chocolate ice-cream milkshake recipe in english:

ingredients:
chocolate ganache:
• semi-sweet chocolate chips ½ cup
• cream ½ cup
chocolate milkshake:
• chilled milk 2 cups
• unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tbs
• chocolate ganache 2 tbs
• ice cream 2 scoops

directions:
– to make chocolate ganache, heat cream in a saucepan, when it starts simmering (don’t let boil) add it in a bowl of chocolate chips and leave for 3-4 mins. stir until smooth.
– to make chocolate shake, in a blender add milk, cocoa powder, chocolate ganache and ice-cream and bend until all combined.
– decorate glass with chocolate ganache, pour chocolate shake, add whipping cream, sprinkle chocolate shavings and serve.

-chocoalte shake banana kliya, blender mein doodh, cocoa powder, chocolate ganache aur ice-cream dal ker blend ker lein.
-glass ko chocolate ganache sa decorate kerlein, chocolate shake dal ker ice cream ka scoop shamil karein,whipped cream, chocolate shavings aur choocoalte chips dal ker serve karein.
