Chocolate Mud Cake Recipe

Cake pan size: 8″ x 2″ deep round
(please bake 2 cakes for a 4″ high fondant cake)

1. Chocolate Mixtures:
210g unsalted butter
180 g dark chocolate
360 g castor sugar
105ml water

2. Egg mixtures:
176g Eggs
80ml Milk

3. Dry ingredients:
108g self raising flour
108g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
