Deep Dish Burger – Handle It

This week Ameer teaches you how to make a deep dish burger.

Ingredient’s
1 LB of ground beef
1 Egg
1 Tbsp of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 Can of pizza sauce
1 Ball of Mozerella cheese
1 Package of sliced pepperoni
2 to 4 slices of Mozerella cheese
1 Package of bacon
2 Hamburger buns
1/3 Cup of melted garlic butter

Tools
2 Mixing bowls
1 Oven tray
1 Frying pan
1 Cutting board
1 Chef knife
Parchment paper
Aluminum foil
1 Spatula
1 Wooden spoon

Step 1
Mix together ground beef, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp of Itallian seasoning, salt and pepper then form burger patties.

Step 2
Press the bottom of an aluminum can Into the beef patty forming a well. stuff the burger with pizza sauce, Mozerella cheese, pepperoni then bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3
Cut bacon into large pieces then cook in a frying pan on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 4
Once the burger’s are cooked garnish with pizza sauce, mozerrela cheese slices and bacon bits then return to the oven for 2 to 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Step 5
Butter buns with garlic butter then toast in the oven for 4 minutes. Once the buns are toasted place the burger on the heel (bottom bun) and top with crown(top bun).
