300g Self Raising Flour
Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon of ginger
3 Eggs
250g of Brown Sugar
200ml of Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
& an 8 inch baking tin
