Easy and Delicious Eggless Chess Board Cake/Легкий и Вкусный Шахматный Торт Без Яиц

Ingredients:
Milk 130 ml
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Sweet condensed milk 1 can
Sour cream 450 gram
Baking soda 1 Tsp
Flour 2 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder 15 gram

Frosting:
Butter 200 gram
Sweet condensed milk 1 can
Vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, spray two baking pans well with some non-stick baking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together milk, sugar, sweet condensed milk, sour cream, and baking soda.
Add 2 1/2 cup of flour and mix it until well combined.
Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
Add remaining flour to one part and mix in well.
Add cocoa powder to second half and mix until well combined.
Pour into your prepared pan and pop it in the oven to bake for about 40-50 min.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 15-20 minutes, then remove it from the pan and allow to cool completely.
Cut both cakes into cubes.
To make the frosting, in a large bowl, cream together the butter softened at the room temperature, 1 can of sweet condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
Set aside 1/3 cup of frosting. Place 6-8 cake cubes in food processor and blend it. Set aside to decorate the cake.
To assemble the cake, in a medium bowl, put one layer of cake cubes and layer of frosting.
Continue until no more cake and frosting left.
Place it in refrigerator for 15 min.
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator, cover it with serving plate and flip it over.
Apply remaining frosting and decorate the cake with cake crumbles.
