I didn’t really change anything expect I added more sugar to give it more taste, and added toppings (icing, sprinkles)!

Recipe:
3 tablespoons (45 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons (30 ml) brown sugar ( I added extra)
2 teaspoons (10 ml) cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) baking powder
3 tablespoons (45 ml) milk
1 tablespoon (15 ml) canola oil ( I used vegetable oil)
1 drop vanilla extract ( I used less than a 1/4 teaspoon)
Ingredient substitutes:
( I haven’t tried all these so I cant guarantee but this may be helpful if you dont have all the ingredients at home)
If you dont have cocoa you dont HAVE to add it but it will lose the chocolaty flavor
For milk you could use blend cream, Almond milk, or other popular kinds of milk
Canola oil can be substituted with vegetable oil in this recipe
You could not add the vanilla extract but the cake would lose more flavor
(Google probably has more substitutes if none of these work for you)
Steps:
Add all ingredients to a tallish mug (enough space for the mix to rise)
Mix all ingredients
If the mix is too stiff add little bits of water in till it is close to cake mix texture
Put in microwave on a lower setting( if possible) Then put it in for about 1 min and 30 secs
Take mug out of the microwave carefully (it is hot!)
Let it set for 5-10 minutes
Add toppings (optional)
