•Sea salt-pinch
•Walnuts-about a handful
•Plant milk-1-2 tbspn (I use my homemade cashew milk, recipe in previous uploads!)
•Maple syrup-1/2 tbspn
•Pure vanilla extract-1/2 tsp
•Flax meal-3 tbspn
•Shredded coconut-3 tspn
•Dates(pitted)-8
•Coconut oil-1 tspn
•1 tbspn raisins
•1 carrot shredded
•1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
