Ingredients
2 serves
1/2 stick (60g) of butter
3oz (90g) bittersweet chocolate
1 medium egg
1 egg yolk
2tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1tbsp all purpose flour
Bake in the 450f or 230c oven for 12min or until the outside is firm and center is still soft.
