Ingredients:
100 mL of sunflower oil
100 mL of yoghurt
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 baking powder
2,5 cups of floor
For the top:
50 mL water
2 table spoons of grape molasses
1 cup white sesame
Preparation:
First we mix the oil, yogurt, egg and butter
Afterwards we add the salt and sugar
Then we add a mixture of 2 cups flour and baking powder
According to the consistency of the dough, add half a cup of flour
After the consistency of the dough is good, we make buns in the
size larger than a walnut
We open the beans, put the cheese in and close them again
We dip the prepared pastries first in a mixture of grape molasses
and water, then we plunge into the sesame and align it on the tray
We put small cuts on the aligned pastries with the help of a knife
[We bake the prepared pastries on a 180 degrees preheated oven
until it gets a pinky colour.
The pastries are now ready to serve
