Eggless Chocolate Pastry Without Oven ЁЯШН

Baking Time : 40 Minutes
1 Cup = 240 ml
All purpose flour – 1.25 Cup ( 250 gm )
Powdered Sugar – 2/3 Cup
Cocoa Powder – 0.25 Cup
Pinch of salt
Baking powder – 1.5 Tsp
Baking Soda – 0.5 Tsp
Sieve all the dry ingredients
Mix Well
Add Oil – 0.25 Cup
Chocolate Essence – 1 Tsp
Lukewarm Milk – 1 Cup
Add gradually and mix well
Pour the batter in a 2 Pound cake tin
Preheat a pan for 10 Minutes in low flame
Then Bake for 35-40 Minutes in low flame
Cool Down Completely
Cut into 3 layers
Take Chilled Whipped cream 1 cup
Whisk till stiff peaks
Add 2 tsp chocolate syrup
whisk again
Apply Whisk cream & chocolate syrup each layer
Cut the edges & keep in refrigerator for 2 hours
Decorate with grated chocolate
