Apple 1 kg
Milk 1 ltr
Sugar 250 gm
Water 1/4 ltr
Cardamom powder 1 spoon
Peel the apple
Grate it thinly
Take a vessel
Add Milk
Add water
Add sugar
Add cardamom powder
Add grated apple
Mix it thoroughly
Apple Smoothie/Milk shake is Ready.
Serve Chilled.
