This episode I decided to make some delicious Green Tea cookies that look like the Grinch from the Dr. Seuss tale, How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The green tea flavor comes from matcha powder that also gives the cookies their green grinch like color. I really love the Grinch movie even more during the Christmas season. All Purpose Flour – 2.5 cups
Sugar – 1.25 cups
Unsalted Butter – 1 cup
Baking Powder – 2.5 tspn
Matcha Powder – 4.5 Tbspn
Egg – 1 quantity
