Ingredients for Gulkand Milkshake:
400 ml Chilled Milk (ठंडा दूध)
2 – 3 tbsp. Gulkand (गुलकंद)
1 tbsp. Rose Syrup (गुलाब सिरप)
1 tbsp. Sugar (चीनी)
3 – 4 scoop Gulkand Ice Cream / Vanilla Ice Cream (आइसक्रीम)
2 – 3 tbsp. soaked Sweet Basil Seeds (सब्जा बीज)
Dry Rose Petals for garnishing (सूखे गुलाब की पंखुड़ी)
