    is it eggy at all compared to a regular cake, I wonder since a whole cake usually only takes 2-3 eggs.

      It was moist but I like it that way. I have seen some people use just the yolk instead of the whole egg. If you try it and find it a bit eggy just try it with only the yolk next time.
