How to make an OREO Cake

Equipment we used:
Saucepan
Glass bowl
Spatula
Food processor
Mixer
Offset spatula
Knife

Ingredients:
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
12 fl oz heavy cream (300g)
1 vanilla bean
14 oz white chocolate (400g)
12 oz OREO cookies (300g)
OREO cookies, for garnish

Instructions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions in a three 9-inch round cake pans. Cool completely.
In a saucepan, bring heavy cream with a vanilla bean to a boil. Remove the vanilla bean.
Pour boiling heavy cream over white chocolate and stir. Put the bowl on top of the saucepan filled with boiling water and stir.
Set aside to cool.
Process OREO cookies in a food processor.
Beat white chocolate cream with a mixer. Stir in the cookie crumbs.
Place a cake layer on a serving plate.
Spread the white chocolate cream evenly onto the cake layer. Repeat the layering with another cake layer and more cream. Top with the last cake layer.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Garnish with whole cookies and serve.
