1. Pour water in the pan
2. 2 egg yolks in the vessel
3. Stir it continuously
4. Add melted butter drop by drop
5. Keep stirring
6. Add little lime juice
7. Little salt to taste
8. Some cracked black pepper
9. Hollandaise sauce is ready
