– 80g chocolate (cooking milk chocolate used here)
– 20g unsalted butter
– 45mL milk (fat-reduced)
– 30g self-raising flour (OR 30g all purpose flour + 1teaspoon baking powder)
– 20g almond meal
– 10g cocoa powder
– 3 egg whites
– 30g sugar
