It’s spring and the asparagus season just started here. So I couldn’t resist to make my first meal with it. Hope you like it 😀
Ingredients:
250g Puff Pastry
200g Salmon Filet
200g Asparagus
30g Cream Cheese
15g Butter
1000ml Water
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Egg Yolk
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 Lemon
Some Black Pepper (For the Cheese)
