ice cream cake quick recipe birthday summer dessert ideas no bake

Hey guys! Today I wanted to share with you guys my favorite summer dessert which is this chocolate fudge ice cream cake! It is very simple to put together and taste so delicious with all the different flavors and textures! This makes an easy Birthday cake or summer dessert that’ll be sure to please everyone. It’s made using vanilla ice cream and mint chocolate chip which all pair perfectly well but be sure to play around with other combos as well.

Ingredients:
1.5 quart Vanilla ice cream
1.5 quart mint chocolate chip[ ice cream
10 chocolate oreo cookies
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
18 ounces white chocolate /candy melts

Directions:
Make sure your ice cream is slightly softened and spread out your first layer of ice cream in a plastic lined or spring form pan.
Once it’s evenly pressed down pour your chocolate fudge sauce on top and slightly crush your oreo cookis and press them into the fudge.
For the Last layer add the mint chocolate chip and put this into the freezer for at least 2 hours or even better overnight.

Once it’s completely frozen, remove the ice cream cake from the pan and melt the white chocolate in the microwave being careful not to over heat it. Once it’s stirred around and completely melted, spread everything on top of the cake and smooth it out. Pop this into the freezer for a few more minutes to firm the chocolate up and it is ready to serve!
