2 discs of chocolate sponge cake 20 x 4-5 cm (7.8 x 2 inches)
2 differents flavors of gelato, slightly softened to a spreadable consistency
i’m using custard and stracciatella ice cream
300 grams / 10.5 oz custard ice cream
500 grams / 17.6 oz stracciatella ice cream
