Keri (Raw Mango) Panna

Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Keri (Raw mangoes) 3
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required

Directions:
-In frying pan,add raw mangoes,cover and dry roast on medium heat until pulp is soft,turn sides occasionally,peel off skin and take out the raw mango pulp.
-In raw mango pulp,add sugar,red chili powder,salt and water,mix well until sugar is dissolved.
-Keri panna is ready.

Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza:
-Keri (Raw mangoes) 3
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required

Directions:
-Frying pan mein keri rakh dein,dhak ker halki ancch per dry roast ker lein yahan tak ka pulp soft ho jaye,thori dair bad turn ker lein,phir skin ko utar ker keri pulp nikla lein.
-Keri pulp mein cheeni,lal mirch powder,namak aur pani dal ache tarhan mix ker lein yahan tak ka cheeni ghul jaye.
-Keri panna tayyar hai.

Keri (Raw Mango) Sharbat

Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pani (Water) as required
-Keri (Raw mangoes) 3
-Pani (water) ½ cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Podina (Mint leaves) as required
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin) Roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Pani (Water) 3-4 Cups

Directions:
-In water,add raw mangoes and boil until soft.
-When they turned soft,peel them and take out the pulp from inside and deseed it.
-In blender,add raw mango pulp,water,sugar,mint leaves,salt,black salt,cumin and blend until combined.
-In jug,add ice cubes,mint leaves,raw mango sharbat,chilled water and stir.
-Serve chilled.

-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Podina (Mint leaves) as required
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin) Roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Pani (Water) 3-4 Cups

Directions:
-Pani mein kary dal dein aur naram hunay tak ubal lein.
-Jab kary naram ho jaye tou skin utar ker ander sa pulp nikal lein aur seed nikal dein.
-Blender mein keri pulp,pani,cheeni,podina,namak,kala namak aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Jug mein ice cubes,podina,keri sharbat aur thanda pani dal ker mix ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein.

Keri (Raw Mango) Chutney

Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Keri (Raw mangoes) slices ½ kg
-Cheeni (Sugar) ¾ Cup or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

Directions:
-n pot,add raw mangoes slices,sugar,red chili powder and salt,cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
-Mix well and cook on low flame for another 10 minutes (until tender).
-Raw mango chutney is ready.

-Cheeni (Sugar) ¾ Cup or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

Directions:
-Pot mein keri slices,cheeni,lal mirch powder aur namak dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ache tarhan mix ker lein aur mazeed 10 minutes ya gul janay tak halki ancch per paka lein.
-Keri chutney tayyar hai.
