pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

That’s a great recipe. 3 weeks in But I’m not losing weight. Changing shape but not losing weight. Any website you can guide me towards because I am now cutting back and almost too scared to eat. I monitor Dr Berg’s but it seems so complicated…. Why aren’t I losing?…. so strange.Thanks for reading, lovely lady! X
please be careful about cutting down most issue on keto and especially re;ated to weight loss stalling come from usually cutting calories too low and then our body adapting to that. check out my video about hormonal vs calories keto and maybe consider recalculation your macros limiting both protein and carbs and eating to your dairly egergy expenditur (TDEE) calorie wise with fat. That usually moves everybody’s weight 🙂 My personal 8 rules to keto are all explained in this video as well and possibly you can try implementing one at a time to see how it can work for you
