I recently started a tummy reboot eating plan, as I like to call it – something that is going to help rid me of all the toxic and instead, fuel and nourish my body. I feel so much better on a high fat, moderate protein and low carb food plan. And my little DIY reboot is working wonders so far. Yay, for feeling GOOD. This keto diet friendly coffee shake and also a regular, hot keto coffee, are helping me feel so good and energized and full.
