Lemon and Walnut Loaf Cake Recipe, quick and easy!
INGREDIENTS:
⁃ 7 oz (200 grams) of flour
⁃ 7 oz (200 grams) of cane sugar
⁃ 3,5 oz (100 grams) of butter
⁃ 2 eggs
⁃ 4 tablespoons of milk
⁃ 8 grams (1 1/2 teaspoon) of baking powder
⁃ 2 oz (60 grams) of walnuts kernels
⁃ 1 lemon
⁃ a pinch of salt
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (or 180°C) for 45-50 minutes.
