Methi matar Malai
Methi malai matar is a seasonal veg, prepared with onion , ginger & garlic & dash of sugar gives it a wonderful makes it can enjoy it in winters with naan tandoori or plain chapatis
.
Ingredients

1. Feaugreek leaves …………….. 150 gram chopped.
2. Green peas …………………….. 1 cup.
3. Cream …………………………… 1 cup.
4. Onion ……………………………..1 large finely chopped.
5. Mawa …………………………….. 2 table sp.
6. Oil …………………………………. 3-4 tsp.
7. White pepper powder ………….. 1/2 tsp.
9. Garam masala powder …………1/2 tsp.
10. Green chilli …………………….. 3-4 cut.
11. Sugar ……………………………. 2 tea sp.

Method-

1) Put 2 tea spoon of oil in a wok,add onion and fry it ,add green chilli let the onion become pink.

2) Add ginger and garlic paste , fry well add salt & white pepper powder.

3) Add garam masala and cook well after a minute add green peas and sugar,mix all well.

4) Add khoya or mawa,add little bit of water cover till peas turns soft.

5) Add chopped fenugreek or methi.

6) After cooking 2 min finally add cream cook for 1 min put off the flame.

7) Tasty gravy can be eaten with roti naan or puris.
