This Banana Loaf recipe is very moist with just the right sweetness and has that perfect banana flavor. Molasses from the brown sugar and fats from the milk add to this bread’s moistness. If you’re a fan of banana based pastries, you will surely love this banana bread!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour_______________15php
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
*(other dry ingredients)____________________5php

4 ripe bananas____________________________18php
1 cup white sugar_________________________13php
1/2 cup brown sugar_______________________6php
1/2 cup milk + 1/2 tablespoon vinegar (you can also use 1/2 cup of buttermilk alone)__________________________9php
1/2 cup vegetable oil______________________14php
2 eggs____________________________________12php
2 tsp vanilla_______________________________3php

TOTAL____________________________________95 pesos

raisins
sliced almonds
