No Bake Mole Cake Recipe (with cake leftovers)

Very easy “no bake” recipe for how to make a so called Mole Cake with a strawberry cream filling. The cake is a typically German and has its name because it looks like a cute molehill.

Ingredients for the cake base:
*) 250 g leftover cake
*) 70 g melted chocolate
*) 55 g melted butter
*) some fruit jam
*) about 50 g strawberry halves

Ingredients for the strawberry cream filling:
*) 400 ml whipping cream
*) 50 g sugar
*) 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
*) 100 g strawberry puree
*) 1 pack whipping cream stiffener
*) optional: 100 g fresh strawberries
