Pancake day is coming up on the 28th February so we decided to create a delicioussss Nutella crepe cake! You can’t go wrong with crepes and Nutella – they’re the perfect combination! What’s your favourite crepe/pancake filling?!
Ingredients:
For the crepe batter:
260g plain flour
710ml milk
2 tsp oil
Salt
4 eggs
For the Nutella cream:
325g Nutella
300ml cream
Strawberries to decorate
