Oats Apple and Moringa shake Recipe | How to make Moringa shake for weight loss, PCOS/PCOD

GRIND 1 CHOPPED APPLE WITH SKIN ON & MAKE SMOOTH PUREE
IN A BLENDER ADD 3 TBSP ROASTED OATS, 1 TSP FLAX SEEDS POWDER AND 200 ML COCONUT MILK,ADD PUREED APPLE TO THE BLENDER & BLEND THE MIXTURE
TO THE BLENDED MIXTURE ADD 1 TSP MORINGA POWDER AND 1 TSP HONEY (OPTIONAL)
BLEND THE MIXTURE AGAIN
FOR Flavouring ADD CinnamoN, Vanilla Extract OR CARDAMOM
