Ingredients
Raw mango-1 1/2 to 2 piece
Small onion-1
Ginger-1small
Curry leaves -2
Green chilli-1
Roasted dry chilli-1
Salt-
Method
Crush chillies ,onion,ginger and mango ..
Then add grated coconut and salt ..just whip in the mixie ..
Adjust the taste ..
If the mango is very sour add pinch of sugar to balance the taste
So serve chammnthi with kanji 🙂
