Protein shake with chia seeds | How to make protein shake without protein powder | for weight loss

This is a dietitian’s recipe for a best homemade protein shake. Made from all natural ingredients it’s is far better than the one you buy from stores. Made of some highly nutritious ingredients which are recommended for weight loss, it will not only help you shed that extra weight but also help you develop lean muscles. All the carbs in this protein shake comes from sources which are complex in nature and has low glycemic Index hence they promote weight loss by curbing your appetite.

Ingredients to make HomeMade Protein shake without protein powder with chia seeds :-

3 tbsp Quick Oats (25g)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp cocoa powder
8 Raw Almonds
1 tsp flaxseed powder
1/2 tsp espresso powder
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 cup Low Fat milk (250ml)
2 tsp homemade peanut butter
2-3 drops vanilla extract
1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Method to make homemade protein shake for weight loss:-

In a grinder add Quick Oats (50g), cocoa powder, 8 Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds powder, cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp espresso coffee, grind to dry ingredients to a smooth powder

In a blender combine the dry ingredients mixture, skimmed milk 250 ml, Add 2 tsp HomeMade peanut butter, vanilla extract & blend the mixture

Take out the protein shake in a jar or glass, Add 1 tbsp Chia Seeds on top & mix very well

keep is aside for at least 40 min to overnight
Have it for on the go breakfast Or post Workout drink
