Pumpkin Pie Spice Milkshake
Makes 1
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
8-12 drops liquid stevia (add more if needed)
8-10 large ice cubes
*You can also skip heavy cream completely and just do 1 cup almond milk

Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Frappe
Makes 1
1/2 cup cold double-strength black regular or decaf coffee
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
8-10 drops liquid stevia (add more if needed)
8-10 large ice cubes

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and desired consistency. Optional-top with homemade whipped cream or a dash of spice.
