Ingredients:
3 cups cake flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup Dickenson’s seedless red raspberry preserves
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
2 pints whipping cream, very cold
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4.4 ounces bar, Lindt white chocolate
FOR THE CAKE LAYERS:
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1- 1/4 cups buttermilk, room temperature
2 pints fresh strawberries
FOR THE STRAWBERRIES & FILLING
WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING
4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, 2 sticks, softened
