This Red Velvet Tres Leches Cake is Moist, & loaded with Chocolaty goodness. I was out of my Regular Cocoa Powder, so I used Dark Cocoa Powder, to make this Fluffy, Red Velvet Tres Leches Cake.
This Cake do not need Oil Or Butter to help it Rise, yet the Egg whites themselves, will do the job just Fine! All of the other Ingredients, will be posted below, for you to get.

CAKE RECIPE:

1 Cup of Cake Flour (Sifted)
1 Cup of Cocoa Powder + 3Tbls (Sifted)
2 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
4 Whole Eggs (Seperated)
1 Cup of Sugar (Divided) + 3 Tbls
1 Tbls Vanilla Extract
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream (1/2 for Milk Bath)
