Savoury Rainbow Pastry Recipe | Swiss Chard, Carrot, Paprika, Potato and Cheese Filling

Auntie Saniye is sharing a delicious and a beautiful-looking pastry with us today: Savoury Rainbow Pastry.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Some salt
1 bowl of carrots
1 bowl of chopped spring onion
1 bowl of ricotta cheese
2 chopped and lightly sauteed paprikas
4 finely chopped potatoes, sauteed for 5 mins
Half a kg of flour
Some olive oil
1 egg
One bunch of Swiss chard
