Simple Mango Cake Recipe-Prerna Marathe

Hey guys!
It’s summer and mangoes are a mandatory Ingredient in summer cake recipe so here I am with a Mango Cake recipe which is super refreshing and colourful.
It’s a simple process to make this cake and also I tried some watercolour effect in decorating this cake! So I hope you guys like it.

Ingredients-

Two 6 inch vanilla sponge cake cut into 4 layers.
1/3 cup of whipping cream(for mango filling)
4 tbsp of mango puree
1/2 cup of simple syrup(1/2 cup of sugar+1/2 cup of water melted)
1 cup of chopped mangoes
1 cup of whipping cream (for frosting outside of the cake)
3-4 tbsp of whipped cream for the colored cream
5-6 drops of yellow and orange food colour.
10-15 mango balls
