Well I’ve gone and done it now lol
Brother’s and sister’s I give to you The Spam Wellington.
I used a tin of spam
3 Slices of cheese
4 slices of Smoked streaky bacon
And a roll of puff pastry.
The Spam and the bacon was fried in the pan,
But due to my oven going to the oven heaven in the sky I had to bake the finished Wellington in the Air-fryer on 180 degrees For 30 minutes.
So let’s see how this turns out.
