* 3 Eggs, divided
* 65g Icing Sugar
* 60ml Water
* 40ml Vegetable Oil
* 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 80g Self-raising Flour
* 1 tsp Corn Starch

FOR THE SYRUP

* 10g Caster Sugar
* 20ml Hot Water
* 1/2 tbsp Rum

FOR THE FILLING

* 225ml Double Cream
* 21g Icing Sugar
* Sliced Strawberries
