400 grams flour
1-2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
2 medium eggs (cold)
1 medium lemon zest
Toppings:
300 gr fresh strawberries
cake gelatin (optional)
Bake for 30-35 mins
Preheated oven 180° C
