Ingredients:
1- 12 ounce cans of 7up
¼ cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks, cracked and crushed gently
6 ounces White rum
6 ounces Dark rum
6 ounces 151 proof rum
2 ounces lemon juice
2 ounces lime juice
2 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
2 ounces Grenadine
3 ounces coconut cream (such as Coco Lopez or Pina Colada Mix)
3 splashes of Angostura Bitters
Crushed Ice for Serving and Shaking
Cocktail Shaker
Garnish
Pineapple Wedge
Lemon
Lime
Maraschino cherry

Steps:
To prepare cinnamon syrup place 1 can of 7up, sugar, and the crushed cinnamon sticks in a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until thickened and syrupy about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat, strain with a mesh strainer and cool completely.
To prepare cocktails place 4 ounces of cooled cinnamon Lemon-Lime Syrup in a liquid measuring cup followed by all 3 rums, all 3 juices, grenadine, and coco lopez. Top with desired amount of bitters.
Working in batches, place in a cocktail shaker, top with ice and shake vigorously for 3-5 seconds. Repeat with remaining zombie mix.
Serve in Collins glasses (or tiki if you’ve got em), filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge, lemon, lime and maraschino cherry.
