    hey! i am trying to eat more raw vegan food! are there any health benefits linked to eating raw? i usually eat raw because it tastes pretty good!

      +R a c h e l i am really trying to get enough calories as i am recovering from an ed. but some times its a bit hard because i somehow feel bad for example eating cashews (high in calories). but i love food! and a lot of guys are making fun of me for being a bit bigger than the other girls and also because i am vegan. i am somehow extrem for killing no living being that didnt want to die 🙂 do you have any tips for dealing with those people?

      Hello Friday I eat a mixture of cooked and raw as I find it more balanced but ultimately it’s personal preference. Just be careful to make sure you get enough calories as typically raw food is lower in calories <3

      +R a c h e l thanks! I really want to eat more raw but i dont think i could give up noodles or rice! but i will definitely try to eat less cooked foods!

      I think certain foods keep ahold of their nutrition more if they’re not cooked? Eg stewed apples have less nutrients than fresh apples. I’m not raw vegan though so don’t quote me on it haha 🙂
