In this video I will exlain why rawfood is not always the best alternativ. I really believe that raw food is the best, but some foods is not good for us to eat raw, maybe they are’nt meant to be eaten, but some of them are actually really nutritius, like brusselsprouts for exemple.
I will share my favourite recipe on a brusselsprout “stew” that is just 3 ingredients, and its ot fully raw, because the brusselsprouts are steamed, but the rest of the ingredients is raw, and they are enzyme rich and helps the digestion.
